The 8th edition of the Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo (POATE 2024) was held by the Uganda Tourism Board (UTB) from the 23^rd to the 25^th of May 2024 at Speke Resort Munyonyo under the theme “Responsible Tourism.”

The Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo is one of the most important travel expos in Africa which brings together tourism participants under one umbrella to meet and network with Uganda and international exhibitors, buyers, and suppliers of hospitality services in the tourism sector.
